A good night's sleep can seem so elusive sometimes. Those of use experiencing lack of sleep may also be wondering: does lack of sleep cause health problems?
The answer, unfortunately, is yes. Sleep loss can hurt your health. Lack of sleep can increase your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, and obesity. It has also been linked to memory problems, forgetfulness, and more falls or accidents.
